Savannah- Anthony Carl Parker, 83, died Thursday, December 10, 2009 at Hospice House.
Mr. Parker was born in Youngstown, Ohio but lived most of his life in Savannah. He was a merchant seaman where he served as Fireman, Oiler and Water Tender. He attended St. Andrews Reformed Episcopal Church.
Survivors: sister-in-law, Eva Lee Parker, of Savannah; nephews, Ernest Parker Sharon, of Pembroke, Brian Keith Parker Chris, of Savannah; nieces, Susan Miller, of Anchorage, AK, Stephanie Rouchi, of Spokane, WA; grand nephew, Caleb Parker, of Washington, DC; grand nieces, Amanda Leigh Weston Jimmy, of Savannah, Hillary Collins Kevin, of Pembroke, Jessica Parker, of Rincon; great-grand nephews, Crispin Voinescu, of Romania, Braden Collins, of Pembroke, and great-grand nieces, Rowen Weston, of Savannah, Sarah Ruth Hug, of Spokane, WA, and Hope Rouchi, of Atlanta.
Visitation: 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sunday, December 13, 2009, at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.
Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m., Monday, December 14, 2009 at St. Andrews Reformed Episcopal Church.
Burial: Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
